Located in the town of Greenwich, southwest of Fairfield County, Connecticut (USA), the house has an area of about 200m2, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 6 guests/night. The owner also has a rule that guests must stay a minimum of 3 nights. The price per night will range from 23 million VND or more, depending on the guest room selected. All proceeds will be used by the owner to donate to charity.

The house is painted white with lots of windows, each with a laurel wreath. The fence is decorated with pine branches and red bows. The model of two soldiers standing “guarding the door” looks so funny!The entrance to the house is paved with rough bricks, flanked by white imitation carpets covering the yard. The huge red light bulbs to the colorful chili pepper lights in purple, blue, pink, red, … extremely eye-catching.The living room is light with two red and white colors and many warm accessories such as blankets, pillows, floor mats to stylized mini pine trees decorated on the water table.The kitchen is arranged in a corner with an L-shaped kitchen cabinet design that is suitable for the structure of the room as well as convenient for cooking. A silver tiled kitchen corner combined with lights creates a shiny look.The transition between the seating area and the dining area will be a large Santa Claus statue.Santa looks very happy, as if excitedly inviting the guests to move from the living room to the dining room.Besides a grand dining table near the kitchen area, the main dining table is even more beautiful. From this perspective, you will see a large white Christmas tree shining in the corner of the room, where 2 soldiers are “guarding”. The dining table still chooses the dominant white-red color scheme, but incorporates a feather carpet and a lot of shimmering candles. The pine cones are gilded, the utensils are the socks knitted with super meticulous red wool.The working corner overlooks the white winter window with snow falling. The armchair is upholstered in soft red velvet and the mailbox is decorated with an impressive 1-1 ratio painted red. Above the mailbox is a pretty knitted Snowman.The handrail area leading to the upper floor is decorated with leaves, pinecones, sweet candies and white fluffy socks that look smooth and warm.The house has a total of 3 bedrooms, each room is decorated with Christmas trees and extremely airy windows. Christmas-themed bedding sets with familiar images such as snowflakes, reindeer, pine trees and Santa Claus,… for a youthful and cozy feeling.The bathroom chooses the white color of the snow as the main theme, combining a utility storage cabinet and a large mirror on the wall for the space to be “doubled” visually. The doormat and the words hanging in front of the mirror are also refreshing and humorous.The outdoor courtyard is extremely spacious and airy with a set of fake black bamboo and rattan chairs and attractive lotus pink cushions.
